分板機的特點
分板機一般分為有V槽分板機和無V槽分板()
一,V槽分板機常見的是走刀式分板機,特點如下:
1、切板過程中PCB不動，圓刀滑移，確保基板電子元件不因移動而損壞
2、圓刀滑移速度可調節
3、因應V槽深深淺及刀具損耗，上圓刀與下直刀之間的距離可準確調整
4、可解決零件跨越V槽來實現分板
5、將切板時所產生的內應力降至最低而避免錫裂
6、分切速度透過旋鈕控制，分板行程可自由設定并有LCD顯示
7、可依要求加裝輸送帶，提高性能表現
